Stomach Pain When Working For Three Hours. Pain Stops After Drinking Water. What To Do?
My stomach hurts when working for 3 hours. I have to be on my feet 8 hours so you see this is a problem now for me. I ve figured out that when I drink water when have very bad pain then pain stops but after some time like 30 min or less it starts getting worse again and cycle repeat I again run to the toilet to drink water so I can continue to work. What to do?
* Possible issue can be thought of with the high level of gastric acid via stress at workplace and relief with water suggestive of dilution of stomach acidity.
* Job continuation is best along with intake of PPI as omeprazole or else for primary concern and an ultrasound of the abdomen & pelvis, later on, to rule out any other underlying disease of GIT.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
Regards,
