Stomach Pain, Vaginal Pressure. Urine Infection. Had Antibiotic. What Is The Treatment?

I have stomach pain and vaginal pressure. I couldn't sit down. If I sit down the pain is worse and I feel some thing hanging inside my stomach. I couldn't sleep even. I am getting discharge it smells badly. I had the same problem last month also. I went to see the doctor in walk in clinic he found out urine infection. I got antibiotic. But the pain went two weeks after. Now I got the pain again.

Thanks for the query.
You didn't mention you age parity.
You better consult gynecologist, go for physical examination and speculum examination to rule out pelvic inflammatory disease and any possibility of pelvic organ prolapse.
You once go for urine microscopy and if need culture and sensitivity.
One ultrasound may also be needed.
With this workup the possible cause for your problem can be identified and treatment can be given accordingly.
