Stomach Pain, Urge To Pass Bowels, Fluttering Sensation In Stomach, Nausea. Causes For Symptoms?

I am 17 years old , 5 8, and 149 lbs. yesterday i woke up and ran to the bathroom because i thought that i had to go poop, but when i got in there i suddenly realized that i had to vomit then i kept having these pains all day like i had to poop or something, then i had a fluttery feeling in the middle of my stomach , do you know whats wrong?

Hi,
This all happens in gastritis or acid peptic disease.
Avoid fried dishes and spicy things.
Take antiemetics such as Motilium before meals and an Antacid such as Esomeprazole to avoid acidity in the stomach.

You will be better in a day.
