Stomach pain, loose motions, throwing up. Possible reason? How to cure?

Hi Doctor! Well yesterday I had a little stomach pain last night that kept me tossing and turning until it just stopped. I also had a bowl movement normal about 2 times yesterday, solid. Well now I m up at 3:30 and I have been up for about 1 hour, and im throwing up and pooping liquid to actual pudding texture. My stomach hurts in and out and everytime I try to lay down because I think its okay, I get a huge pain again in my stomach and I sit on the toliet for another 30 mins. No headache , no fever .

Welcome to HCM,
It seems that you are having Acute Gastro enteritis.
Consult your doctor and go for treatment as if loose motions and vomiting continue you may get dehydration.
Mean while take plenty of water, lime water juice and Electral powder.
Take light diet like butter milk, curd and rice.
Take coffee,apple juice.
Ok and bye.
