Hi,

Thank you for your query on Healthcare Magic.

It is looking like viral gastritis.

Antacids and proton pump inhibitors like omeprazole will help to treat this type of pain and you may require prokinetic drug such as domperidone.

Investigations like ultrasound abdomen and pelvis, endoscopy will try to locate the cause for pain.

Hence I advise you to consult a gastroenterologist for further examination and investigations.

Hope I have answered your query.

Regards.
