As per my surgical experience, the long term back bladder mesh will not hamper appetite or create stomach issues.
It is possible intestine infection responsible for current issue. * My guidelines at present
- antiemetic as ondansetron, PPI as omeprazole on empty stomach - dietary measures to avoid spices, non veg - consume more liquids in sessions - consult your doc for evaluation of inadequate weight and loss of appetite which may require some lab tests with or without ultrasound of the abdomen & pelvis.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
