General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As per my surgical experience, the long term back bladder mesh will not hamper appetite or create stomach issues.

It is possible intestine infection responsible for current issue.
* My guidelines at present
- antiemetic as ondansetron, PPI as omeprazole on empty stomach
- dietary measures to avoid spices, non veg
- consume more liquids in sessions
- consult your doc for evaluation of inadequate weight and loss of appetite which may require some lab tests with or without ultrasound of the abdomen & pelvis.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
