General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello There
The symptoms are more likely of infection of the digestive track. You need to take a course of antibiotic by consulting your doctor. In addition to this keep yourself hydrated with plenty of fluid. Use only boiled water or fresh juice or milk to drink. Start with semi-liquid food if it suits you.
Take anti-emetics drugs to get rid from vomiting. Keep yourself in good hygienic condition and do not eat outside or packed food.
Consult your doctor if frequency of loose stools or vomiting increases.
Best Wishes and get well soon
