i am having pain in my stomach and have some bleeding and took a pregnantcy test i havent missed my period yet its to early can i be pregnant?

2.pain and spotting around 14 th day of your cycle might indicate ovulation.
3.if you persistently have inter menstrual bleeding consult gynaecologist to check for vaginal and cervical lesions.
