Stomach Pain Before Or After Eating, Stomach Bubbling. Cramps On Left Side. Pregnancy Or PMS?

Hello. I have started to experience sharp-like pain in the stomach area; either before I eat (when very hungry) or after I eat. At times I experience bubbling in the stomach. I am 10DPO and was wondering if these are signs of pregnancy or no? Also, I started to feel cramps on my left side as always. Could this just be PMS and thats all?

Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

It may be gastritis or irritable bowel syndrome or food intolerence or premenstrual syndrome etc.

Avoid spicy food and caffeinated drinks. Avoid carbonated drinks. Use tablet pantoprazole before breakfast for one week. Eat a soft diet with probiotics.

If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
