Stomach huge, hard to touch. Doing workouts. How to reduce excess fat?

I am 48 years old. My stomach is huge and when I let go and relax, it just grows and grows and it looks huge. It is hard to touch. Small amount on the lower part of fat. I walk everyday, Pilates and tennis workouts. When I push in with my fingers, they just bounce back. Should I see my doctor? This is going on now for about 5 years.

hi .. i suggest continue with your exercises and eat smartly.. small meals every 2-3 hours.. try avoiding wheat and milk in every form to reduce bloating..avoid fried, junk, sweets and fast foods.. have green tea and 2 dates in the morning, fruits and nuts as breakfast, sprouts salad as mid morning snacks..salad with lunch.. egg whites/dry chicken for evening snacks, keep dinner light like soups, salads, veggies/ chicken/ fish.. drink a lot of water..sleep a doctor to examine the fat bulge just to be sure it not positive..
