Stomach gurgling, red blood during bowels. Reason?

I m 30 years old and female. My stomach has been hurting today, guguling a lot. I ve been drinking plenty of water and eating veggies thought the day. I ve been able to poop but every time I do there is bright red blood in the toilet. Kind of a lot of it (reminiscent of when i m menstruating). I m also not sure but I think I saw something in the toilet that wasn t stool (so maybe a part of my intestines or stomach lining)? I don t have insurance and can t afford to go to the hospital any time soon and I m nervous that something is going on. I should also mention that I have hemorrhoids off and on for years now and I usually will have a bowel movement at least 4-5 times a day.

Blood in the stools can be due to hamemorrhoids.
If blood comes in loose stools associated with abdominal pain ,it can be due to Dysentry.
Please take antibiotic Ofloxacin and ornidazole, antispasmodic Dicyclomine and Rabeprezole.
Please go to a Surgeon and get examined for Haemorrhoids.
If they are confirmed,it can be the cause for Blood in stools. It is better to go for surgery.
