Stomach Discomfort, Loud Noise In Stomach, Relieved By Bowel Movement
Hi, for about 3 years now I ve been having these stomach problems. Every single morning I wake up my stomach just feels like discomfort not pain though. it makes these very loud embarrassing noises but when I have a bowel movement it kind of helps it. The loud noise is coming from my lower abdominal and feels like a bunch of gas just moving around

i feel you have normal but but sensitive bowel as it is releived with bowel movement.please take some probiotics for few days which will help in reducing your symptoms.
