Stomach cramps, vomiting, sore throat, mucus in cough, swollen glands in neck. Taking omeprazole, increased dosage, symptoms worsened. Treatment?

I have had stomach cramps and have been throwing for a week. My throat is also sore, i have a mucus cough and my glands are swollen on my neck. I saw my doctor 2 days ago and he upped my omeprazole from 20mg to 40mg. Since then the stomach pains have been much worse. It s getting unbearable. Could that be the cause of my initial problems then?
