hi, I ve been having cramps under my bikini line and side s I ve had a bit back pain like a ache, missed my period but i never thought noting off it my muscle s feel all tightened up in my stomach to, i feel sick every 2 days and feel like i m going to faint, it stings when i have a wee to, then today i had a wee and a noticed i had pinkish orange discharge now i m starting to get worried.
