Stinging Shoulder Pain, Inflamed Feeling Radiating To Pecs. Have Osteoarthritis, History Of Spine Surgery. What Could This Be?

The front of both my shoulders sting especially the left one. It s like an inflamed kind of feeling right where it goes into my pecs. Makes it impossible to sleep at night. Probably arthritis. 63 yr old female with osteoarthritis - 3 spine surgeries (fusions) both thumb joints replaced due to osteo but this stinging and burning is a totally different pain.
