Stinging And Slight Bleeding On Shin. History Of Hematoma Due To Falling Of Sheetrock On Shin. No Broken Bones, Blood Clot. Advice

I have a hematoma on my sheen caused by several large pieces of sheetrock falling on me. No broken bones and ultrasound indicated no blood clot - also have taken two courses of antibiotics as preventative measure. The injury is now about a month old - still slight bleeding but has now started stinging. What is causing the new stingingn symptom?

Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
One month old injury, got X rays , no fractures in bones.
Hematoma was there , two antibiotics courses.
Still blood is there ( usually this is not blood but oozing from the underlined skin over bone.
Stinging is there on injured part,
It may be due to some infection in the bone under the skin and over the bone.
Due to fall of sheet some foreign particles may impacted under the skin, if proper cleansing was not taken.
So once again consult treating doctor and reassess the condition and take treatment after blood tests for diabetes.
