Stiffness, Pain In Arms, Finger, Neck, Shoulders, Back. Hand Pinkie Swollen, Stiff, Red, Joints Tender. Solution?

hello, I am 58 turning 59 in November. I have been experiencing stiffness and pain along my arms and fingers, neck, shoulder and back. The latest concern is, my left hand pinkie was swollen, stiff and red for a few days. Now it is better but can still feel the tenderness on the joint. My ferritin reading has been high for many years but doctors always relate it to inflammation. What should I do?

Hi, the problem you are having since long may be due to the cervical spondylosis, the present symptom also may be due to the same may be due to more pressure on the point.
It also may be due to the arthritis of the inter phalyngeal joints. I advise you to consult an orthopedic surgeon for diagnosis and treatment.
Thank you.
