Hello
Thanks for writing to H.C.M. for your medical problem.
I have gone through your clinical history regarding headache and dizziness. As you said that you have pain in your right side neck with stiffness on right half of neck, your pain is also involving the right ear. After considering all aspect of your clinical history it is clear that your disease is primarily involving your cervical spine.
Most likely you are suffering from cervical spondylosis and due to osteophytes the emerging nerve roots are compress and this clinically manifest as spasm of neck muscles, pain on the most effected side and by vascular insufficiency there appeared dizziness.
You are advice for these basic investigations-
(1) X-Ray cervical spine.
(2) X-Ray Rt ear (shuller's view)
(3) Vestibular function test.
(4) Audiometery.
(5) Blood - CBC, ESR, Lipid Profile, Thyroid profile.
(6) Urine - R & M.
Inferences of above investigations along with clinical co-relation with examination findings will guide us to reach to a correct diagnosis and that can be accordingly manage.

With Regards.
