HI I had gone through your mail and as you said you are already having sinus infection, one morning after awakening you got stiffness and pain on back of your neck which afterword extend to back of your chest in between shoulder are an anemic fellow with asthma, you have not mentioned that have you taken any treatment or not.Anyway I am suspecting that your sinus infection is now landing on complications like meningitis and pneumonitis, thus you are advice to go for some basic investigations like-(1) X-Ray chest,(2) C.T.scan brain & paranasal sinuses,(3) Blood- CBC,Ser proteins,SGPT,ESR,Prothrombin time.(4) Urine-routine & microscopic.Apart from this clinical examination by your doctor is must for co-relation of results of investigations with clinical observation only than final line of treatment may be decided.Thanks.
