Stent placed in a coronary artery which was 99% blocked. When should it be replaced? Prognosis?

I M 56. I HAD A pLAD DRUG ELUTING STENT PLACED IN MY LEFT CORONARY ARTERY AREA, 99% BLOCKED. AND THE AJACENT ARTERY WAS 75% BLOCKED, ANGIOPLAST BALLOON RESTORED 100% FLOW TO THAT ONE MY DOC SAID. SO NO STENT WAS PLACED. NO HEART DAMAGE. QUESTIONS; HOW LONG BEFORE THE STENT MUST BE REPLACED (IF EVER) AND HOW LONG IS MY LIFE EXPECTANCY?

stent is metal and its life long but there are chances of re blockage around 10 to 15 % in BMS and 3 to 7 % in DES and affected by many other condition like diabetes , cholesterol level , tobacco use , diet and genetic background ,
best plan after stent is
take medicine regularly ,
adopt healthy life style ,
eat healthy , low fat diet ,
quit any form of tobacco use ,
limit alcohol intake ,
do stress reducing yogas,
daily walking ,
regular follow up with your cardiologist life long ,
