Started working out in the gym. Pure vegetarian, does not want protein supplements. Diet recommendations?

I am normal health male, 38 yrs. old. My weight 56.5 kg height 162.5 cms. I am pure vegetarian. I have started gym workout. I workout out in gym for 1 hour 6 to 7 am. I do office-work 9.30am to 5.30pm. I watch tv, do reading in the evening. I sleep @10.30pm I don t want any protein suppliments. what should be my diet routine? I stay in XXXXX

Hi thanks for your question.
Being vegetarain is good.But you cannot live without proteins.Protein provides body with amino acids which are very essential for growth ,development and normal function of body.There are 2 types of amin acids .Non essential which body synthesises itself and essential.amin acids .Essential amino acids body cannot synthesises and have to be provided via food.Pulses,milk and eggs are excellent source of proteins which don't come from non vegetarain origin.For other vegetarain source of protein I would suggest you to consult dietitian
