Hello Christy,
You need to get examined first as the lumps go on their own ??
You get examined for you nose as there can be small enlargement in group of blood vessels.
You also need to get done some blood tests like liver function test , complete blood count, bleeding time ,clotting time , prothrombin time.
Nasal endoscopy to see in details the inside of the nose.
