Started Taking Estradiol In Place Of A Combo Of Progesterone And Estrogen. Any Side Effects?
I just started taking estradiol. In place of a combo of progesterone ans estrogen. I think my menopause has pretty munched passed. I have occasional ho perios when I first awake. No period for years. What s the need at this point I m wondering after reading all the side effects . Imy dosage is 1. Mg.

What is you age?
Even without symptoms the estrogen/ progesterone supplementation are given till the age of 45-48 yrs if you are having this hormone deficiency. This is to promote your bone and muscle health. It is associated with side effects, so if you are concerned you can stop it after 48yrs.
