Started Susten After Ovulation, Not Getting Periods After Stopping. HPT Negative. Had Spotting, Leg, Back Pain. Reason?

My last periods was on 17 july. my ovulution was 1 aug and i started susten vt 200 vagina tablet from 3rd aug. and now i stopped using it. my periods was due on 15 aug. but till now i am not getting my periods and urine pregnancy test is also negative. but i got 1 spot on 15 aug and leg pain, back pain on 13 aug as normal. can u please suggest me what to do next
