Started Spotting Before Periods. Is This Implantation Bleeding?

hi im 22 im suppose to start my period today but yesterday i started spotting brown just a tiny bit. today i put a pantie liner on and only a tiny bit on brown is on it but when i wipe theres a little bit on red blood on the toilet paper. i was wondering if this is my period on implantion bleeding ....really bad cramps and being like 10 times today * second time pregant if so *

Hello mam, thanks for trusting health care magic.
In my opinion do your urine pregnancy test which if negative wait for proper flow and in case you dont get them get a pelvic ultrasonography and b HCG testing because it can be an early pregnancy or worse ectopic tubal pregnancy and then visit a gynecologist with reports.
And from next cycle onwards start using a regular method of contraception in case you don't want to be pregnant.
