Stabbing Pain In Upper Right Quad, Pain On Deep Breathing. Remedy?

I am having a stabbing pain in the upper right quad of my back just a little down and to left of the scapula . This is day 3 and it is getting worse. It hurts to breathe deeply and I m not able to relax and sleep. I have taken tramadol and it isn t doing anything to help. I just took a cyclobenzaprine . Should I go see the doctor?

RIGHT UPPER QUADRANT PAIN REPRESENTS ABOUT 50% OF ALL CASES OF ACUTE ABDOMINAL PAIN.
MOST COMMONLY IT MIGHT BE APPENDICITIS IN MOST OF THE CASES.
THE OTHER CAUSES MIGHT BE
1. CROHN DIESEASE
2. MESENTERIC ADENITIS.
3. DIVERTICULITIS
4. PERFORATED PEPTIC ULCERS.
5. FEMORAL HERNIA
6. CANCER OF COLON

IN FEMALES IT MIGHT BE DUE TO
1. PELVIC INFLAMMATORY DISESASE
2. ECTOPIC PREGNANCY
3. OVARIAN TORSION

OTHER COMMON CAUSES MIGHT BE
1. STONES IN THE URETER AND RENAL PELVIS
2. URINARY TRACT INFECTION.

ANY ONE OF THESE MIGHT CAUSE THE FOLLOWING SYMPTOMS
SO EVALUATE FOR THESE CAUSES BY DOING
1. COMPLETE BLOOD COUNT
2. ULTRASOUND ABDOMEN AND PELVIS

TREATMENT IS DIFFERENT FOR DIFFERENT CONDITION. FOR PRESENT PAIN RELIEF YOU CAN TAKE. DICYLOMINE TABLET WITH PARACETAMOL.
