Hi withe the description of complaints you had given
1.I would first think of most common condition i.e Coccydynia (tail bone pain). You do get a stabbing pain while passing stools. The repititive fall on the tail bone must have inflammed the muscles and bones around the perianal region.

2.Secondly you could be having constipation with hard stools which could also give rise pain in the tail bone.Trying high fibre diet and some stool softners with consulation from your physcian could be helpfull

3.lastly it could be inflamed piles (haemorroids) lower gastrointestinal tract causing pain. It is better to consult an general surgeon to get examined and get treated

I suggest you to consult physcian get examined for perianal problems and if they are ruled out the coccydynia could be treated with some antiinflammatory medications and some local injections.
