Hi, in early October I was laying on my bed at home and suffered a stabbing pain on the left side of my head. It lasted for about 5 seconds, then went away. I was fine so I didn't think much of it. However a week later I felt the same stabbing pain. Same length. The next day I was in a store at night and I suffered tunnel vision and a sense of derealization. I felt like nothing was real. The feeling soon disappeared and I felt fine. However the next day that same feeling came back and lasted nonstop for a week. I went in to see my doctor, who gave me a CBC and told me everything came out normal. My reflexes were normal and she said my pupils reacted to the light normally, so she ruled out a brain tumor. The feeling of "unrealness" went away after i worked hard to convince myself it was nothing. However i then started suffering from headaches everyday for about a week. That stopped suddenly too and i havent had a headache since. But i did notice many new floaters and my pupils abnormally dilated ever since. Sometimes people will comment on how big my pupils are. And i have been feeling nauseuous in my head alot kately too. Its a weird feeling, the same sensation as being nauseious in my stomach but instead i feel it in my head. I have not thrown up this whole time. I am very confused as to whats going on, and my doctor seems to think it is anxiety but i am sure otherwise. I have been tested for lyme disease and that came out negative as well. I do not have a fever. I have no vitamin deficiencies. But i know there is something wrong. Please help and give me some insight and clarity so i can start feeling better. Thank you very much :)
