Stabbing Chest Pain, Back Pain, Feeling Of Obstruction In Throat. Relief Measure?

Hi it started this afternoon, I had chest pain like someone stab me right through my back and my throat feels enclose like something stuck in my throat all these symptom happened at the same time. Now my back pain went away but I still feel pressure right in the middle of my chest and my throat still feel like something stuck in there

ECG
CHEST XRAY PA VIEW

TREATMENT
IF ECG NORMAL
CAP.NOVAMOX 500mg twice a day
Cap.pantaprozole 40mg once a day
tab.lemolete 1tab thrice a day
Gurgle with salt water 4- 5times a day
syp.xylocaine viscous 2tsf 4times a day

If ECG GOT any finding then plz consult a cardiologist
