Hello and welcome to HCM,

Break out of red bumps which are spreading can be anything from fungal infection to an immunological disease.
You have received an anti-fungal and a steroid.
But you have not responded to any of the treatments, so a fungal infection or an immune related lesion is ruled out.
You need to visit your dermatologist for a skin biopsy.
In this procedure, a small skin piece is excised and examined microscopically.
This will determine the character of the lesion.
Biopsy findings have to be correlated with the clinical findings. so, consult your dermatologist for further management.

Thanks and take care
