Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
wear anklet on walking.if pain is bearable, just ignore the cause or try to adjust to the fact,it wont interfere with routine.Post traumatic degenerative changes occur in a joint and to break from that, try glucosamine tabs twice daily for long term benefit it will prevent or slow down the degenerative process.
