Spotting, Pregnancy Symptoms. On Cerazette. Pregnancy Test Negative. Suggestions?

i had sex and was on the pill (cerazette), i took a pregnancy test just to be sure and it said negative, but that was only a few days after sex. its now three months later and about two weeks ago i started spotting slightly whilst on the pill so because i am going on holiday in a month i stopped taking the pill so i could have a period and wouldn't be spotting on holiday, but its been two weeks now and i still haven't come in my period.
i also read online for pregnancy signs and i have had all of these
-tender/sore breasts and nipples
-haven't been sick but always feeling it
-feeling constantly tired
what do you think?

Hello

Oral pills are highly effective in preventing pregnancy, but the only constraint is compliance.
Once you stop the pill, you are left unprotected in that cycle, having intercourse in that cycle has every chance of pregnancy.

Your symptoms are not exclusive for pregnancy. But as you feel such symptoms go for a pregnancy test.
