Spotting, No Period. Am I Pregnant? Worry?

hi am looking for abit of advise the other day i noticed spotting on my pants so i put a pad on when i went to change i noticed i had a light pink bloody discharge and have now not got or getting my periods i was just wondering if this means i am pregnant i have had two kids already and this has not happend and am getting a bit worried any advise would be very helpfull thankyou

Dear user, welcome to healthcare magic.
You didn't mention what method of contraception you are using because this will make a great difference. Also the timing of your last period is of great concern.
Generally speaking if you want to know wether you are pregnant or not you should either wait for spontaneous menstruation or have a blood test for hcg which may give a positive result upto one week before the next menstruation if there is pregnancy.
Please ignore the spotting you experienced as we cannot count on it to diagnose pregnancy.
