Dear user, welcome to healthcare magic.
Although remote, pregnancy is a possibility. A blood hcg test will either confirm or exclude pregnancy. If the test is positive, you should start Folic acid supplement and visit your doctor to do an ultrasound. This will confirm a healthy intrauterine pregnancy and exclude ectopic. If the test is negative, don't worry and consider what happened as a temporary disturbance.
I hope these words were useful to you.
Good luck. Dr. Ahmed Bahaa.
