Hello,
Welcome to healthcare magic.
From your description, you seem to be having a sebaceous cyst. It is a swelling containing secretions of the oil gland. It needs to be excised completely by a dermatologist or surgeon. Squeezing it can introduce infection. Avoid handling it. It can also be left alone as it is harmless.
Hope this helped.
Take care.
