I m having sporadic pins and needles in my upper and lower gums and also down my tongue- all only on the right side of my mouth (including right side of my tongue). It comes and goes over a couple of days, but when I try to eat the pain in is excruicating- makes eating impossible on that side- and today , even though I haden t eaten or brushed, I notice my upper gum is bleeding .
