Spondylotic disc bulge, mild arthrosis, biformaila stenosis. Cervical, lumbar MRI done. Treatment?

I had a cervical and lumbar MRI and I am waiting to see a provider. I have minimal desiccation but no significant height loss at T12 L1, L2, the is a shallow concentric spondylotic disc bulge, at L3- L4 however trace height loss at L4-5 there is a shallow concentric spondylotic disc bulge combining mild arthrosis to produce only minal biformaila stenosis .
