Spleen Having Throbbing Pain After Eating Food. What Could This Be?

About an hour ago I ate a large amount of food and my spleen has been in throbbing pain, and I feel like I could throw up if I wanted to. I m not sure if it s my spleen, but it s my lower left rib cage area. I m 18, 6 1, and 260 lbs. I m not exactly the perfect picture of health right now. What could this be?

it can be food protein reaction or infection
it can be gall bladder pancreas liver
get consultation from gastroenterologist to find the cause and treat accordingly
at present can use short course of metronidazole antacids antispasmodic and fluids
