Spinal Disc Problem, Pain And Numbness In Leg Since Months, Numbness In Toes. Suggestive Treatment?

Hi doctor, Myself Bhavna Gupta fro india. I am 68 years old with 5 feet 10 inches height. I have spinal disc problem. My left leg is felling pain and numbness for last three months. i feel senselessness in my toes. Please suggest me the treatment. Thank you so much in advance. Bhavna Gupta YYYY@YYYY

hi bhavna,
the problem you are facing is due to compression of the spinal nerve roots causing symptoms in the form of numbness.
the treatment for this condition is some medications for the nerves like pregabalin which you might have already taken, but sometimes in increased dosages they help better.
the other thing is physiotherapy in the form of spinal exercises to strengthen the back muscles so that the nerve root compression improves.
and ofcourse you should be on adequate doses of calcium and vitamin D.

Hi welcome to Health care magic forum. You are 68 years old and have spinal disc problem, It is a difficult to deal problem, but there is a way where there is a will. Your problem appears to be sciatica arose due to disc problem. I advise you to be in continuous touch orthopedic surgeon to have an idea of progress or deteioration.
Besides i advise you some diet recomendations as take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, milk, meat, fruits and juices to build up blood and resistance.
Avoid taking potato, other tubers, tomato, coconut, cauliflower, egg, chicken, fish and sea foods for at least 6 months. Wishing for a quick recovery and thanks for calling.
