Hi

With this back ground of history i can say that your daughter has a disease called Post streptococcal glomerulo nephritis, if the symptoms are not separate entity. If they are different than its a recurrent flu with some form of urinary tract malformation. With this back ground she would be put on some broad spectrum antibiotics and some form of anti hypertensive(mostly diuretics) for glomerulo nephritis. This condition settles on its own and patient is to be checked for renal functions and on medications. My suggestion would be to consult a pediatrician at the moment.
For any in detail knowledge please ask if you feel necessary.
Thanking you
Dr Samir
