Dear Doctor i have done semen analysis 2 days back plz explain following ranges Seminal Fluid Examination Volume 5.0 mL 2 Consistency Liquid Color Light Yellow Liquefaction Time 30 mins 30 min Sperm Count 62 mil/mL 20 million/mL Sperm Motility 50 % 50% Activity Grade *3- 3, 3+, 4 Sperm Morphology 55 % 30% with normal forms Pus Cells 2-4 / HPF 0 - 3 Pathologist Comments : Sperm count is normal. Findings are consistent with mild Asthenospermia with disturbed motility pattern. Sperm agglutinates seen. * Fast, but undirected movement.

Count 60million Normal
Motality 50% Normal
Active motile grade 3 Abnormal
(should be grade 1 or 2)
Morphology Normal
Puss cell 2 to 4 HPF Abnormal
(should be zero)
So over all your Semen analysis is normal with slight decrease in active motile sperms condition called as Asthenospermia.
