Don't worry. Semen is not so much precious as one thinks. It is just like that of any other secretion of your body, say, like that of your saliva or tears. Not more than that. The tiredness following ejaculation is not due the seminal wasting, but due to the excessive work of your organs of body like heart, lungs, muscles etc during the excitement of orgasm. Moreover, sperms are produced as a continuous procedure by your gonads( not only during the time of sexual activity) like any other system of body. This can be stored in your body to an extent. If your body store already in full capacity, it has to come out or overflow if not used. That is your early morning ejaculation. Semen will be produced for a man till he is healthy and active even at very old age. It is not correct to think that you have exhausted your semen reserve. So don't worry and concentrate your carrier. Cheer up. Dr SM
