Sperm Discharge, Sexual Dreams. What Can Be Done?

Hello Dr I m feeling bad n sad . When I m sleeping after 2 or 4 o clock I m getting bad n sex dreams.....that s y my sperms is coming three times in a week.... and its causing pimples in my face and making me dull in the morning.....that s y m not going to college properly..... this has happening to me from last two years.... l m 18 years boy....pls Dr help me....I need ur help

Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have problem night emission,

This is common at the age of adolescence and nothing to worry about.

It will get resolved of its own without any medications.

Following measure will help you to boost up your confidence and getting good sleep and not getting emission.
1) Practice regular exercise for 45 minutes followed by meditation for 1/2 an hour in the morning.
2) Take high protein diet rich in vegetables and fruits and Vitamin A,C,D,E.and Zinc
3)Take anti oxidants like Almonds 5-6 everyday..
4) Avoid alcohol and smoking..

Hi,
Having night discharge at this age is common so nothing to worry.
Avoid sex thoughts and seeing porno or sex videos.
During day keep your self busy with study and other activity.
Spare some time for sports or games with your friends.
Wear loose clothes during night time.
Before going to bed see some light entertaining tv programs.
Take light diet at night.
Prey the god and go to sleep.
