Spent Time In Pig Barn, Coughing, Wheezing, Sore Throat. H2N3 Virus?

I recently went to my county fair in XXXX and i spent time in the pig barn approx 2 days later i had a very sore throat , cough with weezing and a low grade fever . Wanted 2 go 2 health dept 2 get tested for h2n3. they told me the pigs were virus free at the fair. I went 2 er and they gave me cipro. That was 6 days ago and my symptoms are still the same in fact my sore throat and cough r gettin worse what should i do?

Hi and thanks for the query,
You can take paracetamol for the pain after checking the dosage.
Do warm salt water gargling 4 times daily and steam inhalation 4 times daily.
Avoid cold foods and air conditioning.
Get plenty of rest and eat well.
If you do not feel better in 2 more days then you may need an antibiotic and a cough suppressant, so you should see the doctor.
You may need a chest x Ray as well.
