It is very difficult to make out any particular cause for your problem.
You should consult your doctor and get yourself investigated for CBC,thyroid function tests,blood sugar fasting and PP,serum calcium,serum B12,VIT D and urine routine examination done to make out the cause.It could simply be anemia or hypothyroidism or UTI.
