Sorry to keep you awak, but I’m having a lot

Sorry to keep you awak, but I’m having a lot of trouble breathing. I am diagnosed with Insomnia and Anxiety, and I have had multiple breakdowns today. My roommate thinks it could be to do with that, however I’ve had trouble breathing the last couple of weeks (more commonly at night). I also normally have a sharp pain in my chest if I over exert myself, however as if recent, exercise in general has made me feel very nauseous and feint. Due to noticing how bad it’s been getting, I did one of those ‘online checkers’ to see what could be happening but all the results constantly tell me I have a life threatening condition, which triggers panic. I’m utterly scared and every night my breathing feels worse and worse. You know how two pieces of styrofoam feel when rubbed together? That’s how my heart feels at night. Please, I’m terrified and I need someone to help me. I hate being like this.

I have MS. I have a lot of trouble mid-day staying alert at my factory job. I come near to dozing off & my Neurologist prescribes me Modafinil 200 mg. It somewhat helps, but is so very very expensive. I would like advice on whether the Stay Awake pills might help my sleepiness while at work instead of taking the modafinil? And is it safe if only taken during my workday?
