hi..thanks for you query

The extremely itchy sores in the locations you mention ,might be a common disorder know as eczema. In this, there are frequent eruptions of extremely itchy papules/blisters which may/may not be seasonal. There is often a family history of allergic conditions such as asthma, hay fever, or eczema. People with this may have atopic dermatitis often test positive to allergy skin tests.Especially at the locations you mention ,there might be external contact allergens like the socks /shoes you wear ,which might make the flares more .YOU can do the following for this!
1)Avoid scratching the rash or skin.Relieve the itch by using a moisturizer, topical mid potent steroid cream, or other prescribed cream and taking antihistamines to reduce severe itching.
2)Keep the skin moist (called lubricating or moisturizing the skin). Use ointments (such as petroleum jelly), creams, or lotions 2 - 3 times a day. Moisturizers should be free of alcohol, scents, dyes, fragrances, or other chemicals.
Hope this helps..take care!

Hello,

Welcome to the forum. The blisters that are bothering you are due to sweat as the temperature is high at your place. You have sensitive skin and heat intolerance results in blister formation. Try to keep feets below ankle as dry as possible, apply foot powder and change socks. Wear cotton socks.

You also need to check out your shoes. It should not ne tight or ill fitting. Buy shoes that are comfortable and have holes/pores for ventilation. Do not pin prick the blisters, they will go away by themselves. Pin-pricking will leave dark spots.

At bed time wash your feet, dry them and apply petroleum jelly for relief. Slowly the dark spots will go away. You can apply surfaz cream, an oitment locally to get rid of itches. If still you have any problem I am there to help you. Take care.
