Hi

See having sores together in the mouth and I'm the vagina point towards causes other than sexually transmitted diseases more.
I am concerned that she seen to be suffering from somethin like a drug reaction.
This is the more likely cause and needs to be ruled out first.
Do not take take treatment of your own.
You should see a nearby dermatologist since many dangerous drug reactions begin with mouth and genitals.
Do not take any medicine of your own.
