ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hello

Welcome in H.C.M.

I have gone through your query regarding soreness in chest, lump in throat, pain in left arm, you have a family history of heart attack and your father had passed away a weak back.

Since all your symptoms are favoring cardiac involvement though few months back you had been examined by cardiologist and the report was o.k., unfortunately you have faced casualty in your family and thus now your stress may precipitate the angina and heart attack.

If after cardiological examination you were found to be normal than there are possibilities are-

(a) Anxiety.

(b) GERD with dyspepsia.

I think your query is answered.

Regards.
