Sore Wrist After Ganglion Removal. Reason For Pain?

hi, i had a ganglion removed on my rist 9 months ago and all went well.



but not my rist is really sore i have stopped wearing my watch and finding it hard to pick things up!



could the ganglion of come back? it feels very tight and hurts when i move my fingers

the pain is not were i had the ganglion removed!
